Neil is also a past President of North Cheshire Speakers’ Club which has informed his ability in knowing how to structure speech content, whether speaking or editing; knowing where to make the cuts.
Earlier in his career, as a broadcaster, Neil interviewed a broad range of people (studio and location) from politicians to theatre directors and many others including a diverse range of businesses. Ironically, it was Neil’s time as a broadcaster that led to him pursuing a career as a librarian (or information professional) as he became very interested in the business of research and gathering information in preparation for interviews; a path which has led to the setting-up of Your Biography.
Cumulatively, drawing upon my wide-ranging networking - employed, voluntary experience and self-employed background, I have found networking with a broad range of people to be valuable for the sharing of information, on the basis of asking lots of questions – Who? Why? What? When? Where? How? - and listening closely to the answers.
